Nolan,
[Re: Will Moriaty's story about the Marrero House of Key West] The kids were raised in Tampa... many died of old age, some died of normal tb sort of things.
Ghost stories sell rooms and tours but her ghost isn't there.
Marrero's wife had friends who helped her after the woman from Cuba came claiming to be his first wife.
His first wife was Louisa, she died...
The Marrero house is pretty, but it was prettier before, not the way it is now.
The trees outside are too tall, the owner likes it that way so it provides him shade on his porch.
If Henrietta was going to haunt anyone it would be him.
Thanks for your info on the Marrero house. Not what I was looking for, but still.
Thank u,
Bobbi
Thank you, Bobbi, for writing! I forwarded your email to column author William Moriaty, but so far, he has not responded. It is a strange story indeed! ---Nolan
