Who is the enemy? Let Me Challenge You Quote of the Week
The enemy of freedom is not the Democrats. It is not the Republicans. The enemy is the extremists on both sides, which perpetuate the status quo partisan politics. Unfortunately, the Democrats are being lumped into the group in political power Ė extreme, left, radical revolutionary socialists. The Presidentís campaign promise of "Change" is exactly what we are getting: a transformed America.
Witness the transformed America as the decline of prosperity, deepening of bankruptcy of America, result in a clinging to the boot straps of China funding to keep the democratic raft afloat. The last 2 1/2 years of the Bush administration through to the current status have encompassed an unhinged Federal Government pulling the US closer and closer to collapse and ultimately, a totalitarian government control.
The Fed (Ben Bernanke is here to stay) which distorted global finances and assisted the escalation of historic debts, is again readied to print more money to buy its own debt and back government spending. The news broke this week that the Federal Government will need to borrow 40% of its expenditures.
We havenít this kind of debt/spending since WW II. The report indicates the spending set for 2010 38% is for Medicare, Medicaid and Social Security Ė our entitlement programs are killing us.
Instead of solutions, we are willing to dive deeper into debt with Obamacare.
You're a Racist!
How dare we even question the President?
I remember in February before the election, around the time the masses turned out in Germany to see the cult of personality, I asserted Obama's economic platform was "pure, unadulterated socialism." When pressing further, I was called a racist, spewing Republican talking points -- the same old tired response from the left.
I said it then, I'll say it again: I could care less about the color of the man's skin, but I DO CARE about the thickness of it. If you dare ask difficult questions or not follow the pied piper, brace yourself for the race card.
It's rare that we survive a week without a member of Congress or the White House playing the "race card" to deflect difficult critiques of policies or actions. Representative Diane Watson already has a track record on race referring to Washington DC as a "chocolate city" and then directing this towards Ward Connelly, a black businessman who dared to marry a white woman:
Watson: "He's married to a white woman. He wants to be white. He wants a colorless society. He has no ethnic pride. He doesn't want to be black."
Now, after praising Fidel Castro, Rep. Watson displays her prejudice again:
"So remember they (opponents) are spreading fear and trying to see that the first president who looks like me, fails; don't misunderstand what is at the bottom line (racism)."
Here's my little game for you: point out the racism.
First, both parties aligned in historic fashion, stopping Presidential campaigns, to push a trillion dollar bailout of the banks. This has resulted in the banks getting richer, not loaning the cash and the government has huge stock ownership in our banks.
Simultaneously, both administrations, flushed away billions on the insurance (AIG) and auto industries yielding bankruptcy and more government ownership.
The President announced that unemployment was hit 9% in 2010 if we didn't act and push through another $1 trillion bill designed to stimulate the economy.
Congress doesn't read these bills, in fact, hundreds and hundreds of pages are accepted and added hours before signing them. We've later learned that these 1000 page bills aren't being written by Congress at all. Radical groups, openly communist, are constructing bills and advising the White House.
Czars have been added to the government bureaucracy, 32 to date, without any Congressional vetting or accountability. The backgrounds and affiliations of these czars have been linked to socialist and communist organizations as well as that domestic terrorist Bill Ayers, remember that name.
NEA has organized artists and filmmakers to present "pro-government" material to support their agenda; sounding an awful lot like propaganda. Healthcare reform, CAP and Trade continues to move forward, despite some opposition, as the debt spirals to all new records. The press doesn't seem interested in challenging anyone from the White House or the administration.
Phil Bronstein, from the San Francisco chronicles, atleast admitted in an article "Love or lust, Obama and the fawning press need to get a room." He's not exactly a right-wing extremist frequenting the Rush Limbaugh show.
So, where are we? More racist remarks or is it time to get serious and look honestly at ourselves.
It doesn't matter if you're anti-gun or pro-gun; pro-life, pro-choice; for the war, against the war; for healthcare, against it -- we have to ask some serious questions before it's too late. Our Republic is dying a rapid death.
Soon, Obama or not, we're going to wake up and find ourselves in a different America. An America held hostage by the Chinese debt and handcuffed by the federal government.
So, is it going to be dismissed as tin foil hats and crazy right-wing talking points or is it too obvious to be true: we are not a country of parties, but one nation of principles that are being destroyed by both parties.
Reading Saul Alinsky I found an interesting and scary passage:
"From the moment the organizer enters a community he lives, dreams...only one thing and that is to build the mass power base of what he calls the army. Until he has developed that mass power base, he confronts no major issues....Until he has those means and power instruments, his 'tactics' are very different from power tactics. Therefore, every move revolves around one central point: how many recruits will this bring into the organization, whether by means of local organizations, churches, service groups, labor Unions, corner gangs, or as individuals."
How many are now rely on the government that DID NOT one year ago? Will the shareholders of Citigroup now rise up against the majority stock holder? Will the workers of GM say no the government who controls their employment? Will you rise up against Fannie and Freddie Mac who control 60% of the mortgages? SEIU, ACORN, the unemployed, the illegal immigrant, the uninsured - how big of an army will there be and are you sure you are enlisted?
A Marxist begins with his prime truth that all evils are caused by the exploitation of the proletariat by the capitalists. From this he logically proceeds to the revolution to end capitalism, then into the third stage of reorganization into a new social order of the dictatorship of the proletariat, and finally the last stage -- the political paradise of communism. -- Saul Alinsky, "Rules for Radicals" page 10.
