Mike's PCR
Many thanks to Michael A. Smith for writing the entire PCR this week!! (Thanks also to William Moriaty for the lone Lettercol contribution.) I battled schedule and health problems (mental and physical, don't ask) all week until, before I knew it, the whole week had flown by. I am much better now, thank you, but it cost me a lot of time. I apologize my presence isn't very strong this week, but Mike, as always, proved to be the stalwart PCR soldier I always say he is and valiantly carried on.
Next week, among other things, I'll be taking on some of the critics of Fahrenheit 9/11. One of my right-wing correspondents (the one who baited me about the new Batwoman being a lesbian) printed out 50 pages he got from some website consisting of attacks on Moore's movie and handed it to me.
I smelled a challenge and will respond!
I'm also predicting I'll finally be able to get to the movies and chip in my two cents over what's happening at the local bijou. All in next week's PCR! --Nolan
