Oddservations by Andy Lalino

Switch

As some of you may have noticed, lately Oddservations has featured movie reviews, lovingly referred to as "VHS/DVD Grindhouse". I watch an awful lot of older - or should I say seasoned - horror/sci-fi/fantasy films, and it only makes sense to review and give readers my personal spin, being that I'm exposed to so many. Weeks ago, the topic had been discussed of resurrecting the long-defunct Schlockarama as a result of the boom in reviews not only in Oddservations but all of PCR. Well, I guess I'd like to officially announce that my presence on Crazed Fanboy will be switching to penning Schlockarama reviews, and retiring Oddservations. So, this is in no means a "goodbye", but rather a creative realignment.

So, I invite everyone to take a peek as Schlockarama once it is officially summoned it up from the crypt, and if you would like to contribute a review, please contact the editorial staff or myself. As for Odd's, it's been a blast writing the column for the past several years - and one never knows when the Oddservatory may again point its telescope back at the world of fantastic fandom.

Thank you for your interest and readership, and keep it '70s/early '80s!

- Andy
